Congratulations to Dr. Rafael Fernández de Castro for his appointment as chair of ITAM’s Academic Department of International Studies and director of the institute’s undergraduate program in international relations.
Dr. Fernández de Castro has a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from ITAM, a master’s in public policy from the University of Texas at Austin and a doctorate in political science from Georgetown University.
