Congratulations to Dr. Jorge Emilio Sánchez Cordero Grossmann, alumnus of our undergraduate program in law, for his appointment as Magistrate to the Regional Court in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

He has earned a Master’s degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Columbia and a PhD in Law from the University of Pennsylvania. He has distinguished himself in various positions, namely, Secretary of Study and Accountability, a member of the committee presided over by Magistrate María del Carmen Alanis Figueroa in the Supreme Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of Justice of the Mexican Federation, and as a collaborator in the committee presided over by Magistrate Constancio Carrasco Daza, and President of the Supreme Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of Justice of the Mexican Federation.
