According to  Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Ranking 2025,  ITAM continues to stand out among the best universities in Mexico, ranking in the fourth place in the country. This acknowledgement reaffirms ITAM 's academic excellence and prestige in the country’s education system.

uated 2963 universities in the world, placing ITAM at the top 44% of the best universities in the world. Besides, of the almost three thousand evaluated institutions, ITAM continues to maintain an outstanding 97% employability rate, which reflects the success of our graduates in the workforce.  

How does QS World University Ranking evaluate universities?

QS World University Ranking, in its 20th edition, reported the use of an innovative methodology with nine main metrics: academic reputation, faculty member citations, employer reputation, employment outcomes, student-faculty ratio, presence of international faculty, international research network, international students at the Institute, and level of sustainability. In addition, the methodology remains current, giving more weight to some metrics depending on current market demands.

This achievement reinforces ITAM's compromise with the educational quality and integral formation of their students, consolidating its position as a leader institution in Mexico and the world.
