We celebrate the work carried out by Dr. David Muñoz Negrón, chair of the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations at ITAM, in the Preliminary Electoral Results Program Technical Advisory Committee (COTAPREP), offering technical advise in the PREP’s design, implementation and operation in the process of the Federal Electoral Process 2023-2024.

The deputy director of the Center for Competitiveness Studies has wide experience as a consultant in issues related to modeling and processes optimization, like the statistical analysis of stochastic simulations, their applications and analysis and process implementation.
