Mónica Aspe nombrada subsecretaria de la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes

Congratulations to Mónica Aspe Bernal, who earned a bachelor’s degree in political science at ITAM, who yesterday was sworn in as undersecretary of the Communications and Transportation Ministry.
Aspe worked as a coordinator at the Society of Information and Knowledge and was in charge of the Mexico Connected program for internet access, where she furthered the connection of 65,000 public sites with free internet connections.
Aspe earned a master’s degree in political science from the Columbia University in New York, and she received a certificate from ITAM for a course in legislative planning and operations.
