Congratulations to Dr. Elisa Mariscal Medina for her appointment to the Advisory Board of the Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT).
Mariscal Medina earned a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in economics at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor’s in economics from ITAM, where she has also been a professor.
