Congratulations to ITAM President Dr. Arturo Fernández Pérez for his appointment as an independent advisor for the Technical Committee of the Mexican Petroleum Fund for Stabilization and Development.
Dr. Fernández holds an economics degree from ITAM, and he earned both a master’s and a doctorate in economics from the University of Chicago. Since 1985, he has participated in various national and international boards and committees.
