ITAM professors, students win top prize at robotics and AI contest

ITAM students María Fernanda Borge, Edgar Granados, Franco Humberto Villella, Marco Isaac Marín and Alan Córdoba, who are students in computer science, industrial engineering and telecommunications, along with Rodolfo Reyes, a professor in the digital systems department, and Dr. Marco Morales, director of the robotics laboratory, won first place in the “Penalty Shot” category at the 2014 NAO Robotics and Artificial Intelligence contest held Nov. 13 to 15 in Aguascalientes.
ITAM congratulates these outstanding students and faculty for this well-deserved award.
