Congratulations to Stéphan Sberro for his appointment as interim Chair of the Academic Department of International Studies and Director of the bachelor’s program in International Relations, posts which he will assume beginning Aug. 1, 2015.

Dr. Sberro earned a doctorate in political science from Université Sorbonne-Nouvelle in France, and he holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s in economic sciences from the Université París II in France. He also studied modern literature as an undergraduate at the Université Denis Diderot in France. His research interests include European integration and countries in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
