David Baca Grande named a state delegate of IMSS in Tlaxcala

Congratulations to David Baca Grande, who earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from ITAM, for his appointment by the Technical Council of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) as a state delegate in the state of Tlaxcala.
Baca has been an advisor to the federal commissioner and executive director of COFEPRIS, the National Commission for the Protection against Health Risks, and he led the Coordination of Institutional Relations at IMSS.
