The ITAM community congratulates Carlos Mena, who has a bachelor’s degree from ITAM’s undergraduate law program, for being included among the list of top 40 antitrust lawyers under the age of 40 in the new “Enforcers” category.

The “40 under 40” list is published yearly by the Global Competition Review publication.

Mena is chief prosecutor at the Mexican Economic Competition Commission (COFECE). He has a master’s degree in business law from the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados of Madrid, as well as a master’s in economic regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
