Congratulations to César Martinelli Montoya, Managing Director of the Academic Division of Economics, Law and Social Sciences; Rodimiro Rodrigo, Bachelor's degree in Economics and Master's degree in Economic Theory alumni; and to Susan Parker, from the Center for Research and Teaching of Economics (CIDE) for winning first place in the  “Víctor L. Urquidi Prize in Economic Research, 2014” with their work:“Cheating and Incentives: Learning from a Policy Experiment.”

Also congratulations to Laura Juárez, Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics alumni, and to Daniel Casarín, Bachelor's in Economics alumni, for winning second place with their work: “Downward Wage rigidities in the Mexican Labor Market 1996-2011.”

This prize is awarded to high-quality research that contributes to advancing scientific knowledge for Mexican development.
