Past March 31, 2021, Jorge Nuño Lara was appointed Infrastructure Undersecretary of the Communications and Transport Ministry, position hi will assume since April 1st, 2021.
Jorge Nuño has an Economics Degree from ITAM. Before being part of the SCT, he served as Head of the investment unit in the Undersecretariat of Expenditures of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, he coordinated the projects of infrastructure to underpin the economic reactivation within the framework of the United Agreement for Mexico's Progress and the Well-being of all and collaborated as director of hydrocarbon projects in the investment unit of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
