Congratulations to Isaac Volin Bolok Portnoy, who earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at ITAM, for his appointment as director of PMI Comercio Internacional, a subsidiary of PEMEX.
He has received many academic honors such as the National Financial Research Award from the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives in 1988, according to a press release from Pemex.
