Emilio Suárez Licona named as head of Finance Ministry’s Development Bank Unit

Congratulations to Emilio Suárez Licona for his appointment as head of the Finance Ministry’s Development Bank Unit. Suárez Licona earned a bachelor’s degree in law at ITAM, and he has undertaken master’s degree studies at the Universidad Panamericana. He has also taught the course at ITAM on electoral and parliamentary law.
