Congratulations to Dr. Gema Karina Santamaría Balmaceda for her appointment as director of ITAM’s International Relations Program, a position she will assume as of Aug. 1.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations at ITAM and holds a doctorate in sociology and history from the New School for Social Research in the United States.
